The Property and surrounding area are covered with several inches of ground cover. There are a few areas of shallow soggy spots and the rest is dryer. Seller has not seen flooding when visiting the property in the summer.
There are a few hand tools, wood stakes, string line, flagging, a couple 5 gal buckets covered with a tarp in the middle that go with the property unless I am able to remove them first. A small worn out lean too is nearby.
The 4 property pins have been damaged by local varmints and are barely readable. Seller added cement pavers on all 4 pins to help prevent further damage.
This property could be a good investment. There is no property tax at this time. The groundwater is of good quality according to local sources. Additionally, all property lines have been brushed out allowing easy access to the rear pins and providing buyers a clear understanding of property boundaries.
