Since the property has been owned by the current owner, a swath (Future Orion Avenue) has been cut in running West from Midnight Sun, along the Northern property boundary to (future Scoby Way). Orion Avenue (no street sign) is about 1/2 mile South of Borealis Avenue on West side of Midnight Sun. Walking West from Midnight Sun, the property is approx 1/4 mile in to the NE corner.There is a mix of aspen, spruce and pine trees and possible other types of trees in the mix.. Some of the trees are standing dead common in the area.
The Property and surrounding area are covered with several inches of ground cover. There are a few areas of shallow soggy spots and the rest is dryer. Seller has not seen flooding when visiting the property in the summer.
