Whether you are buying or selling, if you want the best real estate professional to deliver positive results in Southeast Fairbanks Census Area (especially Delta Junction, Deltana, Big Delta, Salcha, Tok and beyond), there is only one Real Estate Broker that will get the job done for you and that is Debbie!

From adequately advising on pricing for the local market, to knowing who to turn to for the finishing touches on a property you may be selling (whether it's painting, minor repairs, or sparkle-cleaning), Ms. Joslin has the experience, contacts, and know-how to get ALL of the job done. Best of all, Debbie is above-board with her moral compass and business practices.

If you want sub-par service with immoral/unethical/uneducated advice then feel free to seek out the competing Real Estate office in Delta Junction. If you DON'T want the best experience then go with the "other" real estate office...and a KEY POINT with this statement is that the local "competitor's" website doesn't even work so that should tell you something...

If you DO want the best, Debbie is far above all the rest, and her website has always worked... Just saying 😂

Debbie Joslyn and her team are the most efficient, reliable, and knowledgeable broker/realtors you can find. Debbie would always have answers right away, and when the road got bumpy, Debbie found solutions within the days time. We had a great experience working with Debbie and her team.

Very disappointed. They are only interested in getting money and not customer service. We closed on a house sale both parties signed at title and at the last minute Stephanie was going to pull the deal if she did not get 1% more commission paid to her even though commissions had been set from the very beginning. She was extremely uncommunicative throughout the entire process as well. My realtor gave up his own commission to satisfy this greedy realtor. It is extremely unprofessional that this firm would hold our deal hostage in order to up their own profit and feel so entitled and comfortable stealing a colleague’s well deserved commission. I would find a realtor true to their word and not someone who is only interested in more money for themselves.

Was recommended to hire Debbie from a friend. Absolutely, the best recommendation ever. Debbie is knowledgeable with all thing’s real estate. She was great with explaining all aspects of the sell/contract, in my corner at all times. She has the experience and knowledge, and is professional, always a phone call, text, email away.

					  Debbie was very knowledgeable and helpful with the sale of our parent's home. There were 7 of us siblings that were selling the house and it was 100 miles away... read more from where we live. What could have been a three ring circus turned out to be one of the smoothest transactions that we have ever done together. Her knowledge of the Delta Junction market was a valuable asset and got us the best price.  She found us a buyer within two weeks of listing it.  Debbie returned all of our calls quickly and answered our questions or found out the answers to the questions she didn't know. She coordinated inspections and the appraisal.  We really appreciate her efforts. From start to finish I believe 10 stars+ would be in order.
